Collaboration Tools

The employees’ increasing want for more flexibility in the workplace, such as through remote work, requires employers to implement novel technologies to ensure the successful digital  collaboration within and between organizations. Yet, the potential missing user acceptance and corrresponding resistance towards new tools needs to be addressed to secure their successful implementation. Thus, we direct our research focus to itentifying the success factors and potential barriers when implementing a new digital collaboration tool. Our main findings are summarized in this post.

We also conducted a study on the acceptance of robots in leadership positions.
