Citizen Participation
Including citizens in the planning process of city and urban areas, can not only create a sense of community and generate diverse ideas, but also increase the acceptance of planned initiatives. Our research focus lays on an innovative 3-D platform, which allows citizens to interact with city planners online. More specifically, we investigate the usability and user acceptance of said platform in an eye tracking study. Read more about this research here.
